All sales are final! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in the original condition. Must not be worn, altered, or damaged.

You may exchange merchandise WITHIN 3 business days of receipt of purchase. (Delivery date will be verified by your tracking #).  ALL exchanges must be approved by emailing CS@DunkMyStyle.com. When returning, please add delivery confirmation to your package and send back to the return address on your label.

Once we receive your return, a gift card will be sent to the email that was used for your purchase. 

The shipping fees are non-refundable.

Priority Shipping in the U.S. is about $11.

Express shipping starts is $30. (****Please email CS@DunkMyStyle.com with the name of the item(s) you wish to purchase and the "need by" date before ordering****)

No International shipping.

No exceptions to the policy. 

All orders takes 3 - 7 business days to process. Some items are hand-made. 

Once an order is processed and ready to be shipped, You will receive a tracking number from USPS.com. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day. Any order placed on Friday after 5pm EST or a national holiday will be processed on the following business day.
